Handling order or assignment:

For this we use your payment details, date of birth, name and address details, gender, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address.
We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until your order has been completed and seven years after that (which is the legal retention period).
Privacy statement on Quotations:
Customers who request a quote for our products via our website or by email will receive the quote by email.
J+F Rockstars processes the following data for this. Chamber of Commerce data, name and address details, gender, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We require this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until your order has been completed and seven years after that (which is the legal retention period).
Contact form and Newsletter:
With the contact form and quotation form, you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your e-mail address. We do this based on your permission. We will keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.
You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also pass this on by e-mail.
Your email address will be automatically added to the list of subscribers. This data will be kept until you cancel the subscription.
Username and password:
If you have an account, you will receive a username and password. The password is not stored by us and you are advised to change it immediately. You are responsible for handling the password with care. We assume that a person who logs in with your username and password is authorized to use the username. If you suspect that the password is known to unauthorized persons, you must inform us as soon as possible so that we can take measures.
